Until the 36th week of your pregnancy, you should have stopped working and lower social and domestic routines. You may feel frustrated and bored or you may receive a break from work and travel to and fro to and fro or feel energized and want to clean the house from top to bottom. It's time to check everything was ready for the arrival of new guests - room, apparel, equipment - and to prepare yourself, your spouse and your children the other for the birth.
SETTING YOUR HOME
There are many things you can do to prepare yourself and your home to cope with the daily routine and make life easier for you after the baby is born.
* If you have not got it, and you can not provide it, buy automatic washing machine. This tool will create additional jobs much easier, especially if you choose cloth diapers. * Starting ignore parts of your domestic life. Leave something important passes, and do not worry about them. * Stop household chores that involve heavy physical labor. * Make sure your family realize you can not run as usual. Find someone else to help. * Try not to worry about something that is not important. Highest priority is the baby growing inside your belly. Try to assess your step and do not do anything excessive. * Call a neighbor who can be relied upon to help in an emergency. * If you have a freezer, stock-lasting staples such as bread, butter, soup, food lid (casseroles) and vegetables. * Buy a supply of dry food and necessary items such as detergents, toilet tisue and pampers diapers.
Setting up the nursery If have enough space, you can give the baby a separate room and a room for the baby, but this is not so important - your baby's room can be a great corner. In the early weeks of the birth, you may bring the baby to your bedroom or in the same room for 24 hours and will be very little use nursery. After that is ideal to create a special room designed and equipped with amenities such as routine infant feeding, bathing, clothing and toys.
No need to pay big. Your baby will grow quickly and need different things in a short time, so quite a few points mengivestasikan some money for baby supplies. Not so long you are going to change the baby's room into the nursery. Most of the supplies can be bought second-hand. Search in local newspapers and shops or your baby clinic.
If you complete nursery with only the essential items first, then you can add other items when you have practical experience in handling your baby.
