Apart from fibrous foods, you can do the following points to avoid hemorrhoids that often approach some pregnant women:

1. Join the Kegel exercises, because gymnastics is beneficial to enhance circulation to the anus.

2. Sleeping on the side, left or right turn, could reduce the pressure on the back, the blood vessels at the waist, and anal region.

3. Avoid sitting or standing for long periods.

4. Do not linger in the toilet. If you have difficulty in bowel movements, better not to push too hard.

5. Use warm water after a bowel movement, and clean the anal area clean with toilet paper and wipe gently.

6. You can use ice cubes in the anus to reduce pain after defecation.
